I had a great time at the resort. The location was perfect, with beautiful pools and a wonderful beach. The staff at the "il Giardino" restaurant, especially Safy and his team, were amazing and made me feel at home. The Italian furniture and fittings added a touch of authenticity to the experience. The availability of car parking throughout the resort was very helpful.

This hotel is an exclusive and luxurious venue that fulfilled all my needs. the service was exceptional and the private facilities were top-notch. the swimming pool and spa centre were always clean and well-maintained, offering a perfect relaxation experience. the room had exclusive amenities and the restaurant had a great selection of delicious food. the location was also excellent, with breathtaking views of the surroundings.
The only minor issue I had was with the bar/lounge area. Although the drinks were great, the staff was not very attentive and could have been more friendly.

This hotel is fantastic! We loved how clean everything was, from the beach to the three buffet restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the pools to the daily shows. We also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options. This hotel is in a great location, located on the beach and close to the port for easy access to other destinations. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. And let's not forget to mention the delicious breakfast!

We had an amazing time at this resort located by the port and just a short walk to the stunning sea for snorkeling. the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. the service was excellent and breakfast had a fantastic choice of tasty food. the resort featured a variety of swimming pools, shops, mini golf, and outdoor pizza area. We also enjoyed some of the outside activities arranged by the resort.
Some guests mentioned being annoyed by mosquitoes.

The Easter holidays were amazing! We received complimentary cookies and chocolates, and the eggs with fun treats inside were an added bonus. the location was perfect, right on the beach, with crystal clear water and sandy beaches. There was always something to do, and the animation team kept the kids entertained all day.
The food. Although there was a variety of dishes to choose from, some tasted bland and some dishes were very undercooked.

Great Beach and Entertainment Options
The highlight of my stay was the beach, which was incredibly beautiful and had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available. the entertainment options provided by the resort were fantastic and made for a fun and lively atmosphere. One other positive aspect was the location, as it was easily accessible from nearby attractions.
My experience was dampened by the poor quality of the rooms. The rooms were old and in desperate need of maintenance, with dirty floors and sheets.
